The Far West - Beyond the ocean to the west, quite far away, lies the homeland of Humans and Ra'zac. Its proper name and exact location are unknown.

New Vroengard - The home of Eragon and the entirety of the known wild dragon race. Only a small handful of individuals know it's location, but it it to the west beyond the ocean.
